Shipping Policy

At Norven Gardens, we aim to dispatch and deliver most orders within 7–14 working days across the UK. Delivery times may vary depending on the specific product and supplier availability. For Mercia wooden garden buildings specifically (including log cabins), delivery is currently up to 14 working days. Mercia Insulated Garden Rooms take around 4–6 weeks including installation.

Our Norven timber garden buildings are made to order, with lead times currently between 1 and 7 weeks depending on the building (shown on each product page). Our delivery partner will contact you to book a delivery date. Delivery is kerbside only, and free delivery covers most of mainland England, Wales and southern Scotland. Some remote postcode areas are not covered, so please check the product page or contact us before ordering.

As our products are sourced from different UK-based manufacturers, shipping times can differ between items. We therefore recommend checking the individual product page for the most accurate delivery information before placing your order.

Prices for Mercia Garden Products items include the cost of standard UK delivery. A small number of remote postcode areas are subject to an additional delivery surcharge, which will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order. Other product ranges are not affected by this surcharge and ship at their standard rate.
