Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Norven Retail Ltd T/A Norven Gardens ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on norvengardens.com.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work properly, remember your choices and tell us how the site is being used.
Cookies we use
- Strictly necessary cookies - needed for the shop to work, for example to keep items in your basket, process checkout securely and remember your cookie choices. These can't be switched off.
- Analytics cookies - help us understand how visitors use the site (for example which pages are visited) so we can improve it. These are only set if you accept them.
- Marketing cookies - used by advertising partners such as Google and Meta to measure our adverts and show you relevant adverts on other websites. These are only set if you accept them.
Our store runs on Shopify, which sets its own cookies to provide the shop and checkout. Some cookies are set by third parties such as Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
Managing your cookie choices
When you first visit our site you can accept or reject non-essential cookies using the cookie banner. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site, such as the basket and checkout, from working.
